 Every
one knows that a g-string is. Basically, g-strings
and thongs are underwear with not cover for the buttocks.
Instead it only contains a piece of string that connects the
waistband to the front of the underwear. G-Strings or thongs
come in many different styles, colors and materials including
leather, lace or cotton. Both men and woman can also
wear them. More famously, strippers wear g strings in order
to help with the tease effect. It is also worn by strippers
in order to cover up their most private area while showing
areas that they are comfortable with showing.

(designers) get a better picture of what the model will look
